Poederbaas makes ski wear and accessories for the piste, the park and the rest of the year. With us you will find the complete layering system: ski jackets and trousers, pullovers and midlayers, baselayers, ski socks and everything for your head and neck. With the SOLX line, Poederbaas also makes clothing for hiking, sport and rainy days.
What Poederbaas do we stock?
- Ski jackets and trousers: insulated 2L models such as the Arctic Insulated, 3L hardshells such as the Freeride Shell and baggy park models such as the Jibba.
- Pullovers and midlayers: the Arctic Pully, fleece and sherpa jackets and hoodies to wear under your jacket.
- Baselayers: thermal tops and bottoms for women and men.
- Accessories: merino and bamboo ski socks, beanies, balaclavas, neck warmers and caps.
- SOLX: a rain jacket, merino T-shirts and outdoor trousers for summer.
2L or 3L: what is the difference?
In a 2L jacket the waterproof membrane is bonded to the outer fabric and a separate lining or insulation hangs on the inside; warm and comfortable for a day on the piste. In a 3L hardshell the outer fabric, membrane and inner layer are bonded into one fabric. Such a jacket has no insulation of its own, is light and breathes well, and you control the warmth with the layers underneath.
