Exchanges & Returns
Returning products is at your own expense. These costs must be paid at the post office where you hand in the parcel. The shipping risk is also at your own expense. We recommend that you send your return by registered post.
From the moment of delivery you have 14 working days to look at your order and try the items. Within this period of 14 working days you can return the order, or part of it, in its original condition.
As soon as we have received the returned products, we will send you a confirmation email and refund your purchase amount.
Conditions for returns
Please note! If you want to return your order, or part of it, you must make sure that the item(s) meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition
- The product must not be used or damaged
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to send the order you returned back to you. The shipping costs will then be at your own expense.
Refund
If the consumer has paid an amount, Kampeerwinkel Roermond will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after withdrawal. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back or that conclusive proof of complete return shipment can be provided.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different payment method.
If the product is damaged due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, you can do so simply by placing a new order.
We aim to process your return within 3 working days.
